High Square Insulating Washers

Introduction

Self-locking washers are used with tie down anchors and welded pins to hold the insulation blanket or cover in place.Simply press the self-locking washer onto the pin until the insulation reaches the desired position. Then cut (or bend) the rest of the pin for permanent fixing.Round or square self-locking washers are available depending on design or application preference. The domed, multi-hole design allows the washer to be positioned on the pin for positive locking. Most washer styles come with a beveled edge to prevent the washer from cutting into the insulating surface.
