Introduction
At present, the most common standard for Sintered Filter element is the five-layer sintering mesh combination, which is composed of five layers or multiple layers of different stainless steel mesh, and is a porous product sintered by vacuum sintering, pressing, calendering and other processes with liquid as the pressure medium at room temperature. Sintered Wire Mesh is made by sintering process with different connectors. The process combines heat and pressure to glue the multi-layer mesh together permanently, which can obtain the sintered porous filter material with stable shape, good permeability and good separation effect, and is an ideal material for purification and filtration.
